Be the change that transforms your life.
The People Practice supports stressed out parents manage the challenges in their parenting journey, enabling them to rediscover their identity and reach their full potential.
Unlike other transformative coaching, we help you feel more in control, and more connected to your family to empower you to live a life that brings you joy.
“Hannah helped me when I was feeling lost and negative.
She helped me to find clarity and the confidence I was lacking in and
‘what I could bring to the table’. I can now better advocate for my needs.”
About The People Practice Group
We all go through uncomfortable life transitions, but that doesn’t mean change is easy. Parenthood, developing our careers, and a shift in personal relationships can bring huge amounts of stress, uncertainty and loss of identity.
You may have just waved your last child off to university and be facing a new routine. Perhaps your youngest has just started school, and you don’t know what to do with yourself. Or you could be navigating the unfamiliar landscape of coping with a teenage child.
Maybe you’re reaching career burn-out, or you can’t face returning to work after parental leave. You could be a stay-at-home parent who has lost their confidence but wants to return to work.
Or you could be contemplating an unexpected, new life journey after a relationship break-up.
These life challenges often bring with them uncomfortable emotions. You may be feeling trapped, at a crossroads or stranded. It’s as if you’ve lost a part of yourself. Where’s all that joy, drive and lust for life gone? Who is this lacklustre person?
“Hannah has really helped me to reflect on and identify my values as an ambitious working mum. My motivation has increased and I feel more confident to be true to myself. I really enjoyed our sessions and always looked forward to them whether virtually or in person! Hannah is very relatable and made me feel at ease when sharing my thoughts. Thank you Hannah!” - Julia, Herts

Parent Coaching
For when life gets overwhelming, and you feel lost…
We support parents with their parenthood journey and all that that brings.
Take some time to focus on yourself in a safe, non-judgmental space in person or online; we’ll map out a strategy that takes you beneath the surface to explore how your beliefs, values, thoughts and feelings can contribute to how you reflect on your life.
We can support you to reconnect with your true self and move forward.
Our primary focus is on parents who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and struggling to find their footing in the hectic world of parenthood. We offer a supportive and independent perspective, providing you with a safe space to share your concerns and challenges. Our approach involves asking thought-provoking questions, always infused with warmth and a touch of humour, to help you gain clarity and perspective.
We don't just identify problems; we provide practical solutions designed to minimise the stress and chaos you may be experiencing. Our goal is to empower you, helping you regain control of your life in the present while paving the way for a future marked by healthier thought patterns. Through our guidance, you'll learn to navigate your personal journey as a parent, fostering a more balanced outlook on yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.
“I am now excited by my next steps rather than terrified.”
